How come I have not heard about mangosteen juice in the news then?

There’s a very good reason why the media aren’t all over mangosteen juice. It’s simply because the Pharmaceutical Industry havve lobbied hard to have mangosteen juice hushed up and they/you are only too willing to close your ears because The Media is part of the Orthodoxy that sells everything, including news, as Entertainment.
[Remember those house-flipping shows subversively stoking the housing "boom", helping to inflate prices far beyond their real value.]
A respected current affairs show might only need a budget of perhaps $10,000 to do a fairly decent trial on 10 people (and you might even receive the product gratis from one of the mangosteen juice companies) but it hasn’t been done, even though the product has been commercially available for 7 years!
Why?
Because the Media is lazy, only willing to believe “experts” who have all-too-often driven both the country and individuals, to ruin!

I don’t believe that any of the quality mangosteen juices are presently available for sale in Russia.
Your best bet would be to have somebody purchase it in a nearby country – e.g Germany (Europe), Malaysia (middle Asia) or Japan (East Asia) and have it sent to you.
That will be expensive but its presently the only solution.

No, I can’t, because of FDA restrictions associating these testimonials with ANY commercial product.
However, I can say that presently, 99.85% of them come from users of one particular mangosteen juice product.

The news about your mother is truly awful to hear and I wish I could help you but alas, I cannot. I’m not a doctor, nor a health professional and the FDA will not allow the mangosteen juice companies to associate themselves with ANY testimonial that says or implies that mangosteen juice can have a medicinal effect.
All I can do is present these testimonials and encourage you to experiment. However, the Yahoo group Mangosteen Stories may be able to help you more. Being a private group, they are at liberty to discuss the problem at more depth than I can.

Neither Amazon UK, nor eBay UK have my personal brand of mangosteen juice for sale.
So, I googled “[my brand of mangosteen juice] UK distributor” and found a site straight away. They wanted 93.96 sterling for 4 bottles (postage included) with no strings attached. That amount normally lasts folks a month but your mom might need considerably more – and will then probably need to have the juice consistently to keep her “stable”.
If money isn’t a problem, here’s hopin’.

My Mom is currently taking a certain mangosteen juice and just wandered if there is any problems with acid. She does currently have stomach ulcers and wandered if drinking regular amounts of this juice would irritate that or maybe help?

My blood pressure drops from 140 – 90 to now 120 -80.
